The City of Wiggins Public Works Department maintains and improves streets, drainage, water, sewer and sanitation systems. These services and facilities protect the health and safety of the public, contribute to economic development and improve the quality of life in our city. The department is also charged with monthly water meter readings and the operation of the cemetery. The department is staffed with 12 employees.

WATER DEPARTMENT

The City of Wiggins Water Department is located at City Hall, 117 First Street. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Customers are billed monthly for water usage, the sanitary sewer charge and the solid waste disposal fee. Payment options include cash; check or a drop box is located out front of City Hall. Bank drafts are also available.
